SALES TAX:

California sales tax is automatically added to all orders shipping to California addresses upon checkout unless the item description states that the shipping fee is included in the price of the item. Click the “Buy Now” button to initiate your order.

CUSTOM OR COMBINED ORDERS:

Custom Orders: Sales tax for custom or combined orders will be added once a final price has been quoted to you and approved. PayPal members can use the SEND MONEY option at PayPal to add additional shipping fees for your orders. Otherwise you will be contacted by Customer Service before your order can be shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:

Within 24-hours of your email order you will receive a confirmation email, acknowledging receipt of your email and and processing of your order. You may be contacted with questions regarding your specific preferences in connection with your order if that information is not provided, or is not clear to our customer service staff. We want to be SURE you get EXACTLY what you want.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

The standard shipping fee for all orders is $3.90. All orders are shipped using an online traceable method of shipment. These base shipping charges are automatically added during checkout. If any order requires additional shipping fees, you will be notified by Customer Care via email. All items are shipped separately, unless otherwise requested. All orders over $100 are shipped “signature required” for your protection. No exceptions.  CrystalsCrystals.com is happy to ship via Federal Express using your FedEx account number,  with your written request.  In the event you want your item shipped via Federal express, customer service will obtain a Courtesy Shipping Quote for your shipment,and you will receive email notification containing tracking information following shipment. RETURNS:

MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED TO CrystalsCrystals.com FOR A COMPLETE REFUND FOR ANY REASON NO LATER THAN (7) DAYS OF THE “SIGNED FOR OR TRACKING CONFIRMATION DELIVERY DATE.”
